1 Slab
Forms set, steel tied, concrete poured. Everything above depends on this staying flat and dry.

2 Frame
Walls stood up stud by stud, openings headed off. Perry framed custom homes for a living in the 1980s.

3 Roof
Rafters, ridge and gables framed in, so steep rooflines like these come out straight and true.

4 Keys
Stone, windows, trim and lights. This is one of our real builds, photographed at dusk.

“They also did an addition which extended my dining room, laid new floors, new roof, new windows and remodeled my laundry room. Perry is knowledgeable, stands behind his work and employees. He oversees all work. They protect your home by using plastic as barrier and daily sweep up and clean up the work site. I have used other contractors before but since finding North Texas Custom Builders, I will only use them.”

Before he ran job sites, Perry Roberts built them with a framing hammer. He framed custom homes through the 1980s, then became a general contractor.
That matters more than it sounds. Straight walls, square openings and a roof that sheds water for thirty years are all decided at the framing stage, long before the stone and paint make everything look finished.
Frame a house in thirty seconds
Pour the slab, stand the walls, set the trusses and dress it. The real thing takes a little longer, and it's Perry who does the framing math.

1. Pour the slab
2. Stand the walls (0/4)
3. Set the trusses (0/6)
