About North Texas Custom Builders
North Texas Custom Builders is a Grapevine home builder and remodeler owned and run by Perry Roberts. He framed custom homes in the 1980s, has worked as a general contractor for two decades, and the BBB lists the business as started on February 8, 2001.
Perry started on the part of a house most people never see: the frame. Through the 1980s he framed custom homes, which is where you learn what makes a wall straight, a roof true and a doorway square.
He moved on to running whole jobs as a general contractor, and North Texas Custom Builders has been building and remodeling homes since 2001. Clients still deal with him directly. One verified reviewer wrote that he “oversees all work”; another hired the company “multiple times.”
In their own words
“We're a locally owned and operated company that values honesty and integrity and treats your home as if it were our own.”
